How to Apply and Enroll
To begin the Online Application and Enrollment process, you will need to complete the following steps:
Log into your account and Complete A New Student Application (There is NO FEE required to submit an application.)
Provide the required academic records by emailing them to Christine Calantoni, Admissions Director, at ccalantoni@becahi.org
a. Incoming 9th grade students from one of our Diocesan schools, do not need to email academic records. All required information will be forwarded from the students’ current Diocesan elementary school to Bethlehem Catholic.
b. Incoming 9th grade students from a non-Diocesan school, please email your 7th grade end of year report card and your most recent 8th grade report card including attendance and discipline records.
c. Transfer students applying for 10th, 11th, or 12th grade, please email an unofficial high school transcript including attendance and discipline records.
d. ALL students with an IEP or 504 Plans, please email a copy of the student's plan and the ER (evaluation report) or RR (reevaluation report).
NOTE: After your application and records are reviewed, acceptance to Bethlehem Catholic will be determined. Upon acceptance, you will receive an email with instructions for creating a Family Portal, completing the Enrollment Packet, and submitting the Enrollment Fee.
Please be advised that admission is subject to the following:
The student must be in good academic standing at their current school.
The student must have a good attendance and disciplinary record.
If transferring from another Catholic or private school, student must be in good financial standing.
